We've used Aspen Tree Service more than once, and they continue to exceed our expectations. Benny (arborist/pruner) was professional, punctual, and communicated ahead of time with his expected arrival, which we really appreciated. He did an outstanding job raising, shaping, and thinning our overgrown trees, including removing the suckers from the center, and the results look fantastic.What really sets Aspen Tree Service apart is their attention to detail and customer service. If you want a hassle free, worry free experience to take a very large tree down close to your house and grind the stump ( something that I didn’t even know that I wanted until they put it in the bid), Aspen should be your choice. I had a great experience with Aspen Tree Service. Tim came out to look at my trees and shrubs (they are less than a year old) and spent time walking me through several practical tips for caring for my trees and landscape. He told me very quickly and honestly that I did not need to hire them right now. That kind of integrity is so rare. It's not often you come across a business that will give you genuinely useful advice without trying to sell you on their services. I appreciated Tim's honesty and would not hesitate to call Aspen Tree Service when the time comes.
These guys came to my place and got straight to work. They didn't mess around. Got a couples of days work done in one day and left the place spic and span. Such a great group of men. Really impressed. Would absolutely do business with them again. Thank you AJ and crew.

Found that the trunk on my 20 year old Chinese Pistache tree had started to split, called Aspen Tree Service, they returned my call within 30 minutes, had someone out to look at it same day. AJ was friendly and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my tree and gave me options to avoid losing the tree. The work was completed within 24 hours, exactly as explained. Would recommend Aspen Tree Service to anyone needing an arborist.
I have been using Aspen Tree Service for a number of years. I have only one live oak tree (purchased in @ 2003 for my male dog) and the Aspen personnel have been excellent. Their recommendations for fertilizing and trimming have made the tree strong & healthy. Keep Going Aspen. You definitely earned 5 stars!
